Harris Farm Markets x Brookfarm Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Harris Farm Markets and Brookfarm.
2. Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Harris Farm Markets, Brookfarm, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins at 5:00pm AEST on Monday, 20 October 2025, and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday, 26 October 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period:
- Like the giveaway post on the official @harrisfarmmarkets Instagram or Facebook page
- Follow both @harrisfarmmarkets and @_brookfarm_ on Instagram or @harrisfarmmarkets and @Brookfarm on Facebook
- Tag a friend you would take to Byron Bay in the comments of the giveaway post
Each unique comment tagging a friend counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted.
5. Prizes
Three winners will be selected at random. The prizes are as follows:
First Prize (Valued at $2,980)
- $2,000 Flight Centre Voucher (for use towards accommodation, flights and incidentals)
- $500 Visa Gift Card (for use towards accommodation, flights and incidentals)

6. Prize Conditions
The Flight Centre and Visa vouchers are to be used at the winner’s discretion towards flights and accommodation to Byron Bay.
Travel dates and arrangements are the responsibility of the winner.
The prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.
Any additional costs incurred in claiming or using the prize (including travel, meals, or spending money) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used to enter within three (3) business days of the draw.
Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this time, Harris Farm Markets reserves the right to redraw the prize.
8. Verification
Harris Farm Markets may request proof of identity, age, and eligibility before awarding prizes. Failure to provide proof when requested may result in disqualification.
9. Privacy
Entrants’ personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with the Harris Farm Markets Privacy Policy for the purpose of administering this competition.
10. Liability
Harris Farm Markets and Brookfarm are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the competition or accepting any prize, except as required by law.
11. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By participating, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability in connection with this competition.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
