Festive Donut Decorating with Rebel Donuts
Date: December 6th, 7th & 8th then the 13th, 14th & 15th. Four sessions per day spanning for one hour. These take place at 12pm, 1pm, 3pm & 5pm

DIY Smoked Festive Nuts with Murray River Smokehouse
Date: Mondays 6th, 13th, 20th at 11 am.
Capacity: 6 people per session
Create a new tradition of smoking your own nuts ready to impress the rellies on Christmas day! The Murray River Smokehouse experts will show you exactly how to do this at home using all natural ingredients and processes. Better yet, you will get to take home three different packs of smoked nuts to keep the snacking going!

Charcuterie Secrets: Get to know your small goods with Murray River Smokehouse
Date: Tuesdays 7th, 14th and 21st at 11am.
Capacity: 8 people per session
Murray River Smokehouse are a small family business that started off as a butchery in the 1930’s which by the 1950’s had started their own smoking fish and meats. All Murray River Smokehouse products are naturally wood smoked using red gum as timber and naturally cured using fermented celery. They pride themselves on the simplicity of their smoking process which ensures the best tasting products, while also keeping them free of artificial smokes, flavour of fillers. Try their delicious cold cured gravlax, prosciutto, bresaola, pancetta or their famous smoked trout, pate, ham, eel or if you are feeling more adventurous smoked kangaroo!
