Yes You Can Vegan Egg Replacer is ideal for baking if you follow a vegan diet or are allergic to eggs. Made with Faba bean protein, brown rice protein and chia flour, it replicates all the functions of eggs in baking: binding, rising, structure and moisture. Simply mix with water, stir and add to your recipe in place of eggs. Each pack is equivalent to 20 eggs.
