Wholegreen Bakery yeasted sourdough has a soft moist texture and a slightly bitter crust. Stays soft for at least 4-5 days. Can be frozen after slicing for up to three months. Perfect for sandwiches or toast. It’s gluten-free and vegan.
Ingredients: White rice flour, organic quinoa flakes, water, potato starch, organic psyllium husk, teff flour, brown rice flour, organic brown rice syrup, sunflower oil, pepitas, sunflower seeds, linseeds, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, iodised salt and bakers yeast.
