Squisito Orecchiette 500g
Made from Durum Wheat, Semolina, and Water
Cooking Time: 25 minutes Serves: 5 Begin to cook Orecchiette in plenty of boiling salted water. in a separate pot, heat 1 cup of dry white Wine and the grated rind of 4 Lemons and saute for 10 minutes. Add 3/4 cup of cream and the juice from 1 lemon. Mix well. Time to drain the Orecchiette which have been cooked "al dente"to the bite and return to cooking pot. Add the cooked lemon cream sauce and mix in well. Hint should pasta be a touch dry simply add 1/2 cup milk and mix well. Serve on warm dishes and prepare each serving with a tablespoon of freshly grated AURICCHIO Provolone Cheese and decorate with a sage leaf and salt and pepper to taste. Boun Appetito.
