Phillipa's Gingerbread Pipsqueaks

A whole classroom of mini gingerbread boys and girls in a packet!

Using traditional spices in our gingerbread recipe, we have made these with honey instead of treacle. Crunch up a few in ice-cream for a delicious treat on a hot day. The kids will love them as is or have fun decorating them!
