Pfeiffer Pinot Grigio Case

The 2019 Pinot Grigio is a crisp, fresh wine, with an enticing aroma of pear drops,
orange spice and citrus fruits.

Made solely from the free-run juice, fermented in a stainless steel tank for
approximately 14 days at temperatures between 13° & 15° Celsius.

The wine was stabilized, fined and clarified prior to bottling in late May 2019 to lock
in fruitfulness and freshness.

This Pinot Grigio is a crisp, fresh wine, with an enticing aroma of pear drops, orange
spice and citrus fruits. The palate is delicate and dry, with nashi pear and citrus fruit
flavours, and a crisp, savoury finish.

Great with delicately flavoured seafood dishes, grilled chicken and vegetables or
lighter pasta and risotto dishes.
