Pecorino al Tartufo is an Italian, sheep’s milk cheese encrusted with small specks of black truffles. Its aromatic and strong flavor will conquer you. It is aged for seventy days and pairs well with meats and a glass of good red wine.  It is a showstopper on a cheeseboard, in a retail case, and makes an excellent addition to pasta and risotto dishes.
