I call myself a Happy Pancake. Sometimes I am called a "Hotcake, a “Pikelet” or an “American Pancake”.  Well I am a Happy Pancake, slightly thicker and fluffier than a regular Pikelet.

I am full of homemade goodness and taste like I was made just a moment ago. The perfect no fuss option for breakfast or dessert.

How to use:
Remove pancakes from packaging and heat in a microwave for 20-30 seconds (850W Microwave). Heating times will vary depending on equipment used. Alternatively either heat gently in a pan, or pop in toaster on a medium setting.

Place your favourite toppings on and enjoy!
