Mango Yess Each

Mango Yess Each is a newer mango variety with smooth, fleshy cheeks, minimal fibre and a rich, sweet flavour with a clean finish. A great everyday eating mango in a reliable, consistent package.

Look for a mango that gives gently under pressure near the stem with a sweet fragrance. Yess is a summer variety — ripen at room temperature and refrigerate once ready. Eat within a day or two of ripening for the best flavour.

Slice the cheeks and score into cubes, blend into a smoothie or lassi, dice into a salsa for grilled fish or chicken, or eat straight from the cheek.
