Lomondo's aged caramelised balsamic is probably one of the only truly commercial Australian made balsamics and is produced in Mudgee on the Central Tablelands of NSW. The red wine vinegar used in the development stage has been hand made from local Mudgee red wine grapes.

Lomondo's awarding winning extra virgin oil has a mild fruity start to it with a peppery finish. Its an early harvest oil, processed within hours ensuring an outstanding flavoursome taste.

About Lomondo 

It was 1977 when Dr Frank Gregg fell in love with the Mudgee landscape and purchased property Loch Lomond on the banks of the Cudgegong River. The vision to create an olive plantation was a family affair, with Frank and his son Paul Gregg planting the first olive trees by hand in 1997.

Over 20 years later, the 1100-acre property has grown from a few hundred olive trees to over 10,000, producing award-winning Lomondo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
