Our Aussie farmers grow chillies in Queensland, where the warm, subtropical climate and fertile soil delivers the perfect conditions for fiery, flavoursome chilli. The chillies are then roughly chopped and lightly dried (just enough) for fresher flavour that lasts for 4 weeks once opened. Lightly Dried Chilli refreshes in cooking, unlocking intense flavours. Simply sprinkle and season to taste.
Chilli Chilli can be added at the beginning of your cooking to infuse the flavour base throughout the rest of your cooking. Add towards the end for a sharper flavour. Chilli suits most cuisines but particularly pairs well with Asian curries and stir fries.
