This fillet has been gently hot smoked using Victorian Mountain Ash and Australian grown Rainbow Trout from the mountain streams of the Great Dividing Range. To add to the distinctive Australian nature of this product, it is lightly seasoned with a wild herb mix from the rainforest region of Eastern Australia. Tangy citrus notes come from Lemon Myrtle and Rainforest Lime.
