Fynbos Fine Food African Ghost Peri Peri Sauce

Fynbos Fine Food is a small family business outside Cape Town (South Africa) which was founded in 1996. Growing a large variety of chillies, these are picked early in the morning from their fields and are then bottled in the kitchens under extremely hygienic conditions.

At Fynbos Fine Foods all products are made from the finest and freshest produce. All natural. With NO preservatives, NO colourants, NO MSG or pectin (NO ARTIFICIAL ANYTHING) in any of our products.

Thick dark orange/red sauce. Pours slowly out the bottle. Use as a condiment to spice up any meal, including pasta and pizzas. Add a few drops to any BBQ sauce, pasta sauce or Soya sauce. Add to marinades curries, stir-fry, soups and stews. It brings out the flavour of any dish.

Ghost pepper Brine (37%) (Vinegar, Salt), Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Rehydrated died garlic, Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Seed Oil), Dry Chilli, Salt, Ghost Pepper Chillies (2%)(Ghost Pepper Chillies, Vinegar, Salt), Xanthan Gum (Thickener), Parley, Thyme, Oreganum.
