Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit Yoghurt Granola Breakfast

Ingredients 

  • 3 Zespri SunGold Kiwifruits peeled 220g Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon clear honey
  • Granola
  • Handful of blueberries  

Method

  1. In a blender, puree half the diced Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit. Set aside. 

  2. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt, lime zest, and honey. 

  3. Fold the pureed Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit into the yoghurt mix. 

  4. Layer the yoghurt, granola and remaining diced Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit and blueberries in small glasses. 

  5. Serve immediately.
