Avocado GMax Greenskin Extra Large Each is a big, smooth-skinned avocado variety with rich, buttery flesh and green skin that doesn't darken when ripe — so you need to go by feel, not colour. Extra large means exceptional value per fruit.

The skin stays green even when perfectly ripe — check by pressing gently near the stem end. GMax is available through summer and autumn. Store unripe at room temperature and refrigerate once ready.
