Deconstructed Tomato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 - 2 Truss tomatoes
- 1 - 2 Kumato tomatoes
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
- 1 punnet medley tomatoes
- 1 - 2 spanish onions
- 1 bunch of basil leaves
- Harris Farm Markets cherry bocconcini
- Harris Farm Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Slice in quarters your selection of tomatoes
- Finely slice the spanish onion
- Toss together the tomatoes, onion and bocconcini
- Serve up on a plate top with basil leaves
- Drizzle salad with caramelised balsamic and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
TIP - As an alternative option serve up with toasted sourdough and some Harris Farm Fresh Riccotta to create tasty bruschetta.
