This classic sauces is made in the traditional way using the base of our Free Range Chicken Stock - as with all The Stock Merchant sauces we do not use preservatives, yeast extracts or other flavour enhancers.

Ingredients: The Stock Merchant Free Range Chicken Stock (water, free range whole chicken and bones, onions, carrots, celery, bay leaves), gluten free corn starch, green peppercorn in brine (green peppercorn, salt, water) (5%), free-range chicken, onions, carrots, celery, sea salt, parsley, thyme, burnt sugar, rosemary extract (natural antioxidant).
