- 1 kiwi fruit - peeled, chopped and frozen
- 1 zucchini - peeled, chopped and frozen
- Juice of 1 or 2 limes
- Half an avocado
- Mint leaves – roughly half a cup
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 6 Ice cubes (depends on how thick you want to go)
Makes two bowls.
