My pick this week has to be Autumn berries - both strawberries and raspberries are fantastic eating this week. Coming from Victoria and Tasmania, the warm weather has offered excellent growing conditions for both these berries. Pick up a couple of punnets this week for your breakfast before the cold weather moves down south.

Pick raspberries which are brightly coloured. A little bit of juice indicates a sweet berry.
Choose red, evenly coloured strawberries with green stems.
