Peaches and Yoghurt Bowl with Brookfarm Muesli

Serves: 4
Ingredients:

3 ripe peaches, each cut into 8 wedges

20g butter
-
½ tsp ground cinnamon

1 pinch salt

4 cups unsweetened yoghurt

2 cups Brookfarm muesli with cranberry and macadamia

4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp HFM peanut butter
Method:

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add the butter to melt.

Add the peaches and cook for 3 minutes on each side until softened, caramelised and golden.

Sprinkle over ¼ tsp of the cinnamon and the salt, then remove from the heat and keep warm.

Divide the yoghurt between four bowls and sprinkle with the remaining ¼ tsp cinnamon.

Top with the muesli and warm peaches.

Drizzle with the honey and peanut butter. Serve warm.
