Peaches and Yoghurt Bowl with Brookfarm Muesli

Prep time: 5 minutes 
Cooking time: 10 minutes 
Serves: 4 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 ripe peaches, each cut into 8 wedges 
  • 20g butter 
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1 pinch salt 
  • 4 cups unsweetened yoghurt 
  • 2 cups Brookfarm muesli with cranberry and macadamia 
  • 4 tbsp honey 
  • 2 tbsp HFM peanut butter 

Method:

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add the butter to melt. 

  1. Add the peaches and cook for 3 minutes on each side until softened, caramelised and golden. 

  1. Sprinkle over ¼ tsp of the cinnamon and the salt, then remove from the heat and keep warm. 

  1. Divide the yoghurt between four bowls and sprinkle with the remaining ¼ tsp cinnamon. 

  1. Top with the muesli and warm peaches. 

  1. Drizzle with the honey and peanut butter. Serve warm.
