Made only from ancient grains that have been around for thousands of years, the flour in this loaf contains gluten that is processed in the body in a different way to modern wheat varieties. As a result, many folk who are gluten intolerant find this bread much easier to digest than regular breads made with modern day wheat.

This 100% organic loaf has a slightly sweet and nutty taste and is not at all heavy on the stomach.
