Pay-it-forward to Soul Hub

Founded by Life Church Newcastle in 2003 as Soul Café, Soul Hub was created with a vision to support vulnerable people in our community with compassion, dignity, and practical care. From the beginning, the heart behind Soul was never just to serve meals, but to care for the whole person.

Today, the people who walk through Soul’s doors come from all walks of life. Many are experiencing homelessness, social isolation, mental health challenges, addiction, financial hardship, or personal crisis. Whatever someone’s story, they are always welcomed without judgement.

Alongside meals and groceries, Soul Hub helps connect guests with a wide range of practical supports, including social work appointments, medical services, laundry services, haircuts, and assistance with recovery and wellbeing program.
