- 4 slices of toast
- 3 tbsp nut butter
- 125g ripe blackberries, raspberries or strawberries
- 30g chia seeds
- Make the chia jam at least 4 hours before serving. Puree the berries until smooth, then stir through the chia seeds. Transfer to an empty jam jar and place in the fridge to set.
- Top the toast with the nut butter, then spread the set chia jam over that.
