Tomato Sampari Cocktail Truss 250g are small, vine-ripened cocktail tomatoes still on the truss — intensely sweet, with a deep, concentrated flavour and a glossy, thin skin. One of the most flavourful tomatoes on the shelf.

Look for vivid red, firm tomatoes with a fresh green truss — an indicator of proper vine ripening. Keep at room temperature away from sunlight and use within a few days. Refrigerating dulls the flavour significantly.

Roast the whole truss with olive oil and balsamic until jammy, halve into a pasta or salad, serve on a cheese board as a fresh garnish, or eat straight off the vine as a snack.
