Mango Smoothie Bowl with Berries and Brookfarm Muesli

Ingredients: 

  • 2 large mangoes, diced and frozen  

  • 200ml coconut cream  

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional) 

  • 5 strawberries, finely sliced  

  • ¼ papaya, diced into cubes 

  • 1 punnet blueberries 

  • 1 cup Brookfarm Toasted Muesli Macadamia Cranberry    

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, toasted  

Method 

  1. Place the mango, coconut cream and honey (if using), into a blender. Blitz until smooth into a sorbet type texture. 

  1. Dived into two bowls and top with strawberries, blueberries, papaya, toasted muesli and toasted coconut.  

  1. Serve chilled and enjoy!
