Mango Smoothie Bowl with Berries and Brookfarm Muesli

Ingredients:

2 large mangoes, diced and frozen

200ml coconut cream

1 tbsp honey (optional)

5 strawberries, finely sliced

¼ papaya, diced into cubes

1 punnet blueberries

1 cup Brookfarm Toasted Muesli Macadamia Cranberry

2 tbsp desiccated coconut, toasted
Method

Place the mango, coconut cream and honey (if using), into a blender. Blitz until smooth into a sorbet type texture.

Dived into two bowls and top with strawberries, blueberries, papaya, toasted muesli and toasted coconut.
