Mango and Passion Fruit Sorbet

Serves: 4 

Ingredients:

  • 650g mango (about 3), frozen cut into cubes  

  • 170g can passion fruit pulp  

  • ½ tbsp maple syrup 

Method:

  1. Place the frozen pieces of mango, passionfruit and maple syrup into a high-speed blender. 

  1. Blitz for 2-3 minutes until smooth and without lumps. 

  1. Serve and enjoy.
