Mango and Passion Fruit Sorbet

Ingredients:

650g mango (about 3), frozen cut into cubes

170g can passion fruit pulp

½ tbsp maple syrup
Method:

Place the frozen pieces of mango, passionfruit and maple syrup into a high-speed blender.

Blitz for 2-3 minutes until smooth and without lumps.
