Papandrea Fine Foods manufactures and distributes award-winning artisan smallgoods. We are a 100% Australian owned family business that was founded in 1998 by Vince Papandrea.

The Papandrea family has been making small goods or ‘salumi’ for generations. As a boy in Calabria, Vince fondly remembers helping his father raise and prepare the pigs to make a range of salumi using his grandfather’s recipes.

Italian-style sausages made of lightly seasoned pork. This is where it all started - freshly made lean pork sausages with a mild spice blend. Cook them "low and slow" for the best results. Made in Australia from at least 99% Australian Ingredients.
