Ingredients
300g Bacon (Black Forest Smokehouse)
2 Punnets Blueberries
150ml Maple Syrup
50g Butter
350g White Wings Pancake Shaker
Olive oil
Icing sugar (Optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bring a large frying pan to high heat. Drizzle with olive oil and cook the bacon slices for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Place the bacon on a baking tray and set it aside.
Prepare the pancake batter and cook them according to the packet instructions.
Warm up the bacon in the oven for a couple of minutes before serving.
Serve the pancakes with crispy bacon, blueberries, generously drizzled maple syrup, and dust with icing sugar if desired.
