This is a really big lamb week. The price and quality is incredible. Racks of spring lamb, 8 ribbers, beautiful colour and cover of fat - and the best thing I reckon is when you cut them into cutlets and BBQ to medium. That’s it. Spring lamb at its best. The price, I can’t recall anyone hitting these prices in years.
We also have nice little Veal rumps that are great buying and excellent flavour, fresh Thigh Fillets that are super value as well this week, and a super cheap short cut bacon.
We’re nearly at that time of year where you need to start thinking about Christmas lunch and entertaining. The perfect cut for this is going to be the Boned & Rolled Pork Shoulders. Super flavoursome and a great way to feed the masses. We will also have the Serrano prosciutto at a fantastic price which is sure to put a smile on your face.
