Introducing Single Herd Milk On Tap
Single Herd Milk is freshly pouring on tap in our Bondi Westfield, Drummoyne, Bowral, Potts Point, Orange, Lindfield, Leichhardt & Cooks Hill stores.
Month to month, the milk on tap will alternate dairy farms. Each farm featured on tap receives an additional 30 percent return above regular milk gate prices per litre.
Available at the moment is the Bowley Family's herd, a full cream mix of Jersey & Holstein which is pasteurised and homogenised. The Bowley family has been dairying in Garwarra since 1961 when Col & his wife Kath purchased it. Today, Kath and her sons Brian & Alan, along with their families operate the Garwarra Farm situated in Berry, NSW. The farm over the years has focused on breeding cows to produce the highest quality milk.
The price is $3.00 for a 1-litre glass bottle.
