How much does it cost and why? 

Our delivery service fee varies depending on the size of your order, how small your delivery window is and how frequently you shop.

This service fee covers a small part of:

  • Website & customer service - maintaining the range and prices online, calling you if we're out of stock.
  • Staff - shopping for a large shop takes time and our personal shoppers take care to pick the best fruit and veg in store.
  • Courier costs - we're offering 1-hour delivery windows and our couriers require higher fees to meet this service.

Obviously, our service fees only cover a small portion of these costs but we understand many of our loyal customers want to receive their deliveries at home and we have to absorb some of these costs to retain your business.

Free Wednesday & Saturday Delivery (Zone 1 & 2)

Free Tuesday and Friday Delivery (Zone 3 & 4)

TIMES

Zone 1 Customers

Every day from midday to 10pm, in 1 hour timeslots or cheaper 3 hour time slots.

Occasionally Sydney traffic plays havoc with our delivery slots, if your order has not arrived within 20 minutes of your 1 hour slot please contact us at online@harrisfarm.com.au.

All pre-midday time windows (that are made available) will close for ordering at 3pm the previous day.

Zone 2,3 & 4 Customers

We intend to improve our service to these new wider areas as soon as possible but we hope the evening slot will be enough to help you get behind us!

Please note: we are not delivering to any addresses within the airport and cannot deliver to locations with water access only (such as Scotland Island). 

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Order Cut Off Times?

  • All morning time slots, when made available, close for ordering at 3pm prior day.
  • Afternoon and evening time slots cut off as follows:
Premium one hour time slots cut off 6 hours before the starting time (i.e. 3PM - 4PM closes for ordering at 9AM - same day)
Standard 3 hour time slots cut off as follows:
- midday to 3pm: close for ordering at 6am, same day.
- 3pm to 7pm: close for ordering at 10am, same day.
- 7pm to 10pm: close for ordering at 2pm, same day.
  • If eligible, you could place an order by 5PM for delivery that same evening.

If traffic plays havoc we might be 20mins early or late.

  • We thank you for your patience and will happily refund your delivery fee if you notify us of a problem.

OTHER DETAILS

Adding delivery instructions

While we prefer you to be at home, you can give instructions explaining if and where you would like the product to be left if no one is present at the time of delivery, such as down the side of your house or with a neighbour.

Below your Cart (on the "Check Out" page) you can “Add a note to your Order...”. Please leave any relevant details or requests there.


How is my order confirmed?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email with all relevant order details.


How can I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive an order fulfillment email.

We will let you know if anything changes with your order via email, text or phone.

What if I'm not home during the scheduled delivery time?

If you think that you may not be home in time to receive your scheduled delivery or if you missed your delivery, please call Harris Farm Markets on (02) 9394 3111.

If you're not home during your selected time slot and you still want your delivery, we will do our best to redeliver your order; charging an additional delivery fee. You will also be charged for any perishable (fresh) product that has deteriorated in quality and needs to be replaced.


What if products are out of stock?

If we cannot service an item in your order we will give you a call and offer to replace it with a superior product. If we cannot offer a suitable replacement, we will refund you for any products not delivered.

If we can't reach you, the delivery note contained in your order will list all the products you've bought, and mark any substitutions you have received or products that need to be refunded due to lack of availability.
