At Harris Farm we take pride in delivering the best quality fruit & veg at reasonable prices. If your expectations have not been met, we would love to hear from you to make it right.

Online Refund & Returns

If something's not quite right with your online order, please contact us straight away and we will do what we can to put it right.

If a product is not quite right, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.  Any refunds will be made to the original method of payment or gift card if this is not available.

In order to improve our service, we may ask for photos of any damaged or products with quality concerns so that we can pass these onto the relevant teams within Harris Farm to continually improve our service to you.

In-store Refund & Returns

If you have any feedback regarding in-store purchases, please contact the relevant store manager. All decisions involving refunds are made at their discretion.
