Terms & Conditions – Gift Cards Giveaway |  Lane Cove Birthday

1. Eligibility: The Harris Farm Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who:
Have a valid Harris Farm Friend of the Farm barcode.
Scan their Friend of the Farm barcode at the Harris Farm Lane Cove location between September 8, 2023, and September 10, 2023.
2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway period is from September 8, 2023, to September 10, 2023, ("Giveaway Period").
3. Prizes: There will be a total of 21 winners selected:
10 winners will receive a $100 Harris Farm Gift Card each.
10 winners will receive a $50 Harris Farm Gift Card each.
1 grand prize winner will receive a $500 Harris Farm Gift Card.
4. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
Have a valid Harris Farm Friend of the Farm barcode.
Scan their Friend of the Farm barcode at the Harris Farm Lane Cove location during the Giveaway Period.
Entries that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries. Draw: Harris Farm Markets Pty Ltd of Warehouse W, Sydney Markets, Flemington NSW 2129.
6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email or phone within seven (7) days of the Giveaway Period ending.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
7. Prize Redemption: Winners will receive their Gift Cards via the email associated with their Friend of the Farm account.
Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Any taxes, fees, or other expenses related to the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
8. Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, winners grant Harris Farm permission to use their names, photographs, and other personal information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy: Participant information provided for this Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and may be shared with third parties assisting with the administration of the Giveaway.
