What is Click&Collect?
Click&Collect is a service allowing you to order your shopping online and collect it from a Harris Farm Markets store at your convenience inside our collection timeframes.
Where do I find Click&Collect on the website?
- In the top righthand corner ‘click’ on the postcode.
- A box offering DELIVERY OR CLICK&COLLECT will appear.
- Click on the Drop Down Menu adjacent to ‘Type’ to select delivery option.
How can I check if my local Harris Farm Market offers Click&Collect?
On re-launching our Click&Collect service we have opened 5 collection points as a starting point and will endeavor to roll out the remaining stores shortly. Stores offering Click&Collect are:
- Mona Vale
- St Ives
- Bondi Westfield
Where do I collect my order from?
All Click&Collect services are from our stores register. Ask the team about our car service and they will give you a hand taking your order to your car.
How do I choose between Click&Collect & Delivery?
The selection is a matter of personal choice.
- Click&Collect is perfect for the customer on the go, who can’t stay at for the 3 hour delivery window, yet wants the security of knowing the goods are in a safe, secure and refrigerated location.
- Delivery is convenient if you’re always at home and want the luxury of home delivery.
How do I place a Click&Collect order?
To place a Click&Collect order, create an account or login and add products to your shopping cart.
Select Click&Collect as your delivery method, choose a store from the list and a convenient time to collect your groceries. Follow the checkout process and complete your order.
What is the order cut-off time?
The order cutoff time is the last opportunity you have to submit, change or cancel your order without incurring a cancelation fee. The cut-off times are:
- Cut off at 4pm for 8am next day delivery
- Cut off at midnight for 3pm next day delivery
If you need to change your order after the cut off time, contact our Customer Service Team on 02 9394 3111 (ext 1) or firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.
When will the order be ready?
Your order will be available for collection from the start of the collection window you selected.
When can I collect my Click&Collect order?
- AM Orders – Customer collection from 8am to 11am
- AM Orders - Customer collection from 3pm to 6pm
Why are there no collection slots available on the day I want?
We may sell out of collection times during our busier periods. We are always expanding our services to ensure we can get your groceries to you when you want them. To help with this we are allowing ordering up to 6 days in advance and we also provide other service type options such as Online Home Delivery(Link to Online Home Delivery).
What happens if I’m running late to collect my order during my chosen window?
Please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 9394 3111 (ext 1) or email@example.com to let us know if you’re running late. Uncollected orders at the end of the collection window will be cancelled, so if you are unable to make it on time it is important that you let us know. This will allow us to do our best making sure your order is kept aside. Please be aware collection must occur on the same day as your originally selected slot, allowing us to ensure excellent quality on your perishable items.
Is there a minimum spend for Click&Collect orders?
The minimum order amount for Harris Farm Click&Collect is $50.
