 What is Click&Collect?

  • Click&Collect is a service allowing you to order your shopping online and collect it from a Harris Farm Markets store at your convenience.

 Where do I find Click&Collect on the website?

  • In the top right hand corner ‘click’ on "Reserve a Delivery"
  • Enter your postcode
  • Choose the store that you want ti pick up your order from.

How can I check if my local Harris Farm Market offers Click&Collect?

  • All our stores offer click & collect excluding Bathurst

     Where do I collect my order from?

    • All Click&Collect services are from our stores register. Ask the team about our car service and they will give you a hand taking your order to your car.

    How do I place a Click&Collect order?

    • To place a Click&Collect order, create an account or login and add products to your shopping cart.
    • Select Click&Collect as your delivery method, choose a store from the list and a convenient time to collect your groceries. Follow the checkout process and complete your order.

    What is the order cut-off time?

    • Cut off is 1 hour prior to your chosen pick up window
    • If you need to change your order after the cut off time, contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 828 491 or online@harrisfarm.com.au and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.

     When will the order be ready?

    • Your order will be available for collection from the start of the collection window you selected.

    When can I collect my Click&Collect order?

    • Any time within the pick up window you have chosen. 
    • If you'll be late just let us know.

    What happens if I’m running late to collect my order during my chosen window?

    • Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 828 491 or online@harrisfarm.com.au to let us know if you’re running late. Uncollected orders at the end of the collection window will be cancelled, so if you are unable to make it on time it is important that you let us know. This will allow us to do our best making sure your order is kept aside. Please be aware collection must occur on the same day as your originally selected slot, allowing us to ensure excellent quality on your perishable items.

    Is there a minimum spend for Click&Collect orders?

    •  Yes, minimum spend is $50, however there is no fee.
