Tomato Gourmet Each is a premium large tomato selected for flavour as much as size. The flesh is dense, richly coloured and full of that bright, balanced tomato flavour — more than you'd expect from a tomato this big.

Look for a deep, even colour with skin that gives very slightly under gentle pressure. Gourmet tomatoes are available year-round and are best stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, to protect their flavour.

Slice thickly for a classic tomato salad with good olive oil and basil, layer into a sandwich or burger, roast whole with garlic and thyme, or serve alongside a full breakfast.
