Beetroot Bunch

Beetroot Bunch brings fresh, earthy beets straight from the ground — deep crimson, naturally sweet and far more versatile than their reputation suggests. The leaves are also edible and worth keeping.

Look for firm, smooth beets with fresh tops still attached — green leaves indicate freshness. Beetroot is available year-round and stores well in the fridge for up to two weeks once the tops are removed. Wear gloves when peeling to avoid staining.

Roast whole until sweet and tender, slice raw and thin into a salad with goat's cheese and walnuts, boil and blend into a soup, or pickle for a tangy condiment.
