Apple Imperfect Pink Lady Each

The Pink Lady is one of Australia's favourite apples, and these imperfect ones eat just as well as the perfect ones. They might be a little small, carry a mark, or sit outside the size grade, but bite into one and it is all there: that signature crisp crunch, the sweet-tart balance, and the firm flesh that holds up whether you eat it fresh or cook with it.

Harris Farm's imperfect Pink Lady apples are selected for eating quality, not appearance. Eat them as a snack, slice them into a cheese board, fold them through a Waldorf salad, or bake them into a crumble. They are also one of the best apples for juicing.
