Gourmet Organic Herbs Pepper Szechuan Ground

Ground Sichuan pepper has a slightly lemony and warming flavour(with a tingly/numbing sensation), although not as hot or pungent as the others in the pepper family. It is a background spice that sets the stage for other hot spices. It is commonly found in Chinese cuisine, but is also used in many Nepalese, Tibetan, and Bhutanese dishes as well.
