seeds, golden linseed and nigella seeds. 

With sourdough produced and hand shaped by skilled and

Organic white flour, water, golden syrup, nigella seeds, 
Linseed, sunflower seeds, sea salt, rye flour, malt flour. Contains 
gluten and rye.
