Tasting : The wine has a deep color and the nose reveals black berry notes – blackberry and blueberry, prune, all supported by a floral touch – violet. The dense and charming mouth adopts the same register, with vanilla nuances and velvety tannins.
Food pairing : Light charcuterie, grilled meats.
Serving temperature : Drink at around 16°C.
