Ingredients: Certified Organic Red Split Lentils ,Organic Spices (cumin, coriander, ginger, turmeric) Himalayan Salt.
Cooking Directions: Lightly fry in Sol Ghee or Coconut Oil (Vegan) then add water, bring to the boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Serving Suggestion: Serve over basmati rice. Garnish with fresh coriander and a dollop of yoghurt and fresh chilli if you like extra heat! So easy and delicious!
