Fuyu Imperfect Each

Fuyu Imperfect Each is the same honey-sweet, crisp persimmon with a cosmetic mark or two that makes no difference once you're eating it. Great flavour at a better price point.

Look for fruit with deep orange colour that feels firm to the touch. Fuyu is an autumn and early winter variety. Store at room temperature and eat firm for crunch, or leave a few days longer for a softer, sweeter result.

Slice over a salad with rocket and walnuts, fan onto a cheese board, dice into a fruit salad, or bake into a pudding or cake.
