Mushrooms Enoki 100g

Delicate, pale and unlike any other mushroom on the shelf. Enoki bring a mild clean flavour and a gentle crunch to everything they touch, making them one of the most useful ingredients in Asian-inspired cooking.

Drop them into a bowl of ramen or pho in the last minute of cooking, add to a hot pot or steamboat at the table, fold through a Korean bibimbap, or use fresh as a topping where the texture does the work. They need very little heat and very little time — less is more with Enoki.

Look for firm clusters that are white to pale cream with no yellowing or sliminess. A fresh Enoki is almost odourless. Available year-round with reliable quality and no season to wait for.
