Avocado Imperfect Each is the same creamy, rich avocado with a minor cosmetic blemish on the skin that makes no difference whatsoever to the flesh inside. Full flavour, better price.

Check ripeness by feel — a ripe avocado gives gently under pressure regardless of skin blemishes. Imperfect avocados ripen identically to full-grade. Store at room temperature until ripe, then refrigerate.
