Spinach Silverbeet Bunch is a robust, generous leafy green with wide, glossy leaves and thick white stems that both bring something different to the plate. Bold in flavour with a slight earthiness that softens beautifully when cooked.
Choose bunches with firm, upright stems and deep green leaves with no yellowing. Silverbeet is available year-round and is particularly good in the cooler months when the leaves are at their most tender. Store loosely wrapped in the fridge and use within a few days.
Wilt into a frittata or egg bake, layer into a spanakopita or pie, sauté with garlic, lemon and chilli, or use the leaves raw in a hearty winter salad.
