Mango Kensington Pride Each

Mango Kensington Pride Each is the classic Australian mango — rich, aromatic and deeply sweet with that distinctive golden-orange flesh that defines the season. The Bowen mango that Australians have loved for generations.

Look for a mango with a red-gold blush and a slight give near the stem end. Kensington Pride is at its peak from October through January. Ripen at room temperature and refrigerate once ready.

Slice the cheeks and score into cubes, blend into a smoothie or mango lassi, dice into a tropical salsa for grilled prawns, or eat fresh straight from the cheek.
