Julianne's Kitchen Pate Duck and Currant
Pates are typically French. Unlike other pates, which are firm and crumbly, Julianne’s Kitchen pâté is light almost mousse like, silky. Their pates have the smoothest texture using real butter (not oils) and specially sourced poultry and game that gives them the best colour, texture and flavour. All the pates are topped with a layer of accompanying fruit or alcohol jelly or butter in complimentary flavours.
Pates are great for picnics, lunch platters; add to cheese plates along with terrines on crusty bread.
