Terms and Conditions for Win Groceries at Harris Farm Markets At Miranda

Promoter
Harris Farm Markets, Head Office: W Shed, Sydney Markets, 250–318 Parramatta Road, Homebush West NSW 2190, Australia. ABN 79 093 040 754.

Acceptance of Terms
By entering this promotion, participants accept these Terms and Conditions. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
Entry is open to NSW residents only. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, concession partners, and third parties directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Promotion Period
The promotion runs from Thursday 25 September 2025 to Sunday 5 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Sign up to Friend of the Farm (free to join); and

Shop at Harris Farm Markets Miranda during the Promotion Period; and

Scan their Friend of the Farm barcode at checkout.

Each eligible transaction during the Promotion Period equals one (1) entry. There is no cost to enter beyond the normal cost of goods purchased.

Prizes
A total of 50 Harris Farm Markets Gift Cards will be awarded:

2 × First Prizes: $200 Gift Card each

28 × Second Prizes: $100 Gift Card each

20 × Third Prizes: $50 Gift Card each

Total prize pool value: $4,200.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Prize Draw
The draw will take place at Harris Farm Markets Head Office, Sydney Markets, Homebush West NSW, on Wednesday 8 October 2025 at 12:00pm AEDT. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received.

Winner Notification
Winners will be notified directly using the contact details provided in their Friend of the Farm profile and published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels on 8 October 2025.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw for that prize.

Unclaimed Prizes
Unclaimed prizes will be subject to a redraw at the same location and time on 17 October 2025.

Consent to Use
Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed, and/or supplied by the Promoter.

Promoter’s Right to Discontinue or Modify
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated (as determined by the Promoter), including due to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
(a) disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or
(b) modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

Costs
Any cost associated with submitting an entry or enjoying the benefit of a prize (including accessing the internet) is the Eligible Entrant’s sole responsibility.

Non-Excludable Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in Australia.

Liability Excluded
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction outside the Promoter’s control;
(b) any theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference;
(c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (outside the Promoter’s control);
(d) any variation in prize value stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(f) taking, use of, or participation in a prize.

Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry and participation in the promotion are subject to compliance with Meta’s Terms of Use. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Any questions, comments, or complaints must be directed to the Promoter, not Meta.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between each entrant and the Promoter. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Permit Number
No permit required (total prize pool under $10,000, NSW).

Records
All records concerning the trade promotion, including entries, will be kept for a minimum period of 12 months after the determination of results.
