Pick of the Week - Cauliflower
Excellent quality cauliflowers have been consistently arriving into the market over the past few days. These quality cauliflowers are being brought on by the full moon which occurred a few days back, the full moon provides extra light that causes vegetables to flourish. My favourite way to enjoy cauliflower is roasted, with a cheese sauce... Beautifully simple.

Choose cauliflower with tight, creamy white florets.
HOW TO STORE
Store unwashed in a plastic bag in the drawer of your refrigerator for 3-4 days.
